Shipping policy
We're based in Finland, and our high-performance gear ships directly from our warehouse in Jyväskylä. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can hit the course in style.
Dispatch & Processing Times
We strive to dispatch all orders on the next business day. At checkout, you can choose the carrier and delivery option that suits you best – the price and estimated delivery time are shown for each option before you pay.
However, during new collection drops, sales campaigns, or holidays our warehouse team may need a little extra time. In these instances, please allow some extra days for your order to be processed and handed over to the carrier.
Delivery Estimates
Typical delivery times:
- Finland: 1–3 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
- Outside the EU: 5–14 business days
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your gear all the way to your door.
Taxes & Duties
For shipments within the EU, taxes are included in the final price of the items.
Important Note for International Shipments (Outside the EU): While we do our best to provide accurate information, please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges levied by your country or region. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing your order.
